Return & Exchange Policy
The Common Store prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise supported by a strong customer service platform. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your unused item(s) within 14 business days of receipt of your order. Returns must be in their original condition and in all of their original packaging. The Common Store will not accept returned items with any signs of wear or tear.
RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
If you are within the 14 business day window and would like to process a return or exchange, please email: email@example.com and provide your order number along the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. Within 48 hours of receipt of your email, our customer service department will provide you with a return authorization along with a prepaid shipping label.
The Common Store will issue a refund within three business days of receipt of the returned item(s). The refund will be processed through the original method of payment received.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), The Common Store will ship the exchange request within three business days. In the event the exchange request is no longer in stock, Customer will have the option of selecting another exchange item or request a refund. If the Customer prefers a refund, The Common Store will process this request within three business days.
